Lithuanian Documents Notarization and Apostille Services

Let us take the hassle out of Lithuanian document notary certification and Apostille legalization! Simply post your original documents to us and we will return them to you with any certification you require.

Our certification services:

1. Lithuanian translation certification – by the translator or translation agency; by a solicitor or notary.

2. Lithuanian Notarized translations – required for any document to be used in a country in which Lithuanian is not the official language, and for documents which require Apostille certification.

3. Lithuanian dokcuments Legalization – to verify the country of origin of the document.

4. True Copy of the Original Certification.

5. Translation Validation – of any translation not issued by us so that we can perform our other certification services on the document.

Apostille Certification:

The Apostille certification authenticates the translation, Lithuanian document and any signatures on the document, including those of the notary who has certified the document. For any document in a foreign language that has been prepared in Ireland, this certification can only be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dublin. Legalization with an Apostille stamp additionally may be used to verify the country of origin of the document, the conditions under which the document was signed and identities of all signatories, including that of the registered authority issuing the certification.

If your documents need to be considered as legal and official in any country being a member of the Hague Convention of 1961, they may require Apostille certification. For more information please visit our partners at www.apostille.ie, or contact us for a free advice on whether this certification is applicable to your needs.

We can Apostille any Lithuanian document, including:

  • Notarized documents such as Lithuanian Power of Attorney, applications, police clearance documents and marital status documentation
  • Adoption papers
  • Education certificates such as Lithuanian diplomas, degrees, certificates
  • Documents issued by the Registrar Office or similar authority, such as marriage, birth, death and divorce certificates.
  • Corporate or business documents such as tax registrations, incorporation or merger certificates and accountancy documents.

Most documents sent for Apostille certification are notarized translations. However, it is possible for us to translate a document after it has been legalised with an Apostille stamp. For more information on our vast range of translation services, please click here.

Uniquely, we can Apostille documents prepared in Lithuania in the Lithuanian Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Simply post your documents to us, and we will take care of everything for you, including sending a post to our partners in Lithuania, delivery to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Lithuania and return of the documents to you.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries regarding our Apostille services and for a list of countries in which we can offer this service by email at irina@ales.ie or office.eutrin@gmail.com or call us on 01 872 8179 or 085 288 91 33. Lithuanian Power of Attorney

We can draft a Lithuanian Power of Attorney specifically suited to your needs in English or Lithuanian, and translate the document into either of these languages. We can also translate via a second language; please click here for more information on our range of translation services.

Our solicitors and qualified translators can assist you in compiling Lithuanian Power of Attorney documents, which may be required for ID cards, passports, property deeds and ownership delegation. If you do not have a complete document drafted just bring us your personal data and tell us the powers you would like delegate in the document. Our solicitors and qualified translators will draw up the document in shortest terms which could be one working day.

We will only require you to sign Lithuanian document in the presence of one of our solicitors, so that they can authenticate your signature. They will also read you through the entire document so you are fully aware of the powers ascribed to the document. We will make an appointment with the solicitor at a time convenient to you.

If your Power of Attorney document is to be used abroad, it will probably require notarization and Apostille certification – we can complete this for you! Please click here or contact us for more information.
